Tom Sandoval confirms that he is not suing Ariana Madix, withdraws the complaint, and blames Raquel Leviss for the controversy.
After launching a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, things have gotten even more complicated. Sandoval sacked his lawyer, stating that the legal action caught him entirely off guard. In a new public statement, he claims he never intended to sue Ariana and has no malice against her. The Vanderpump Rules star took to social media after apparently receiving backlash from co-stars for suing Madix over Raquel Leviss’ obscene video case.
Tom Sandoval fired his lawyer after suing Ariana Madix.
“Late Tuesday morning, my attorney Matt Geragos, whose advice I trusted, called to discuss the Cross-Complaint in the lawsuit against myself and Ariana,” the Bravo star said on Instagram after momentarily deleting his account. “He assured me that the action was customary and strictly preventative in these types of lawsuits and urged me to agree to it,” he told me.

According to Sandoval, his lawyer, Matt Geragos, presented the lawsuit as a typical precautionary step, never using the terms “new lawsuit” or “suing.” Sandoval has already fired Geragos and withdrew the lawsuit entirely, claiming he has no ill will toward Ariana.

“I should’ve done more of my due diligence on the matter,” he told me. “Upon realizing what this action actually means, I have removed Matt Geragos from my legal team.”
‘In no way am I suing Ariana.‘
Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s storybook romance went down in flames last year after the shocking “Scandoval” adultery scandal. Since then, the pair has had legal challenges with their ex-partner, Raquel Leviss. However, the Bravo star now says, “In no way am I suing Ariana.”
Sandoval has withdrawn his own action against Madix. He claims he was uninformed of the entire scope of the legal action and merely wanted to move things along “quickly” so that everyone concerned could finally “move on” with their lives. Previously, Leviss sued the ex-partners for revenge pornography, wiretapping, and violation of privacy.

Raquel Leviss and ‘Scandoval’
Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix had a major falling out after he claimed she was the one who shared an obscene video he had with Raquel Leviss.
He said she snooped around on his phone, created a duplicate of the video without his permission, and then showed it off to Leviss and “third parties.” However, after receiving criticism and even a jab from Madix on social media, Sandoval has revised his stance. Now he’s blaming Leviss.According to PEOPLE, he now says that Leviss, knowing what may happen, instigated the entire situation by distributing the video, labeling her “reckless” for doing so during their affair.
However, before being rejected, Geragos justified the legal action, claiming that it was only a “cross complaint” in response to Leviss’ original lawsuit.
“This customary legal action was crucial to ensure that liability, if any, is fairly distributed based on the actual level of involvement and fault of each party,” Geragos told Page Six. “We aim to resolve this legal dispute with upmost respect towards all parties involved.”
