Beginning her professional career in 1956, Neelu Begum became well-known thanks to the song “Aaye Mosam Rangeeley Sohaney” from the wildly successful movie “Saat Laakh.”
She received the Nigar Award for her exceptional performance in the hugely popular movie “Zarqa.”
Shaan Shahid, an actress, was also raised by her. In 2022, she received the Sitara-i-Imtiaz award.
