Three women perish as van falls into gorge in KP’s Tank area

Tank – On Sunday, a van fell into a ditch in the Tank district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing three women and injuring seven others.

According to rescuers, the incident took place on the borders of Larwaza hamlet, when the vehicle went off the road and into a ditch owing to brake failure.

The victims included a girl and two women, with seven women injured.

Police reported that the family involved in the tragedy was on its way to an engagement ceremony.

Rescuers transported the injured to the Tank District Headquarters Hospital for treatment.
