After attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding festivities in Mumbai, actor Rajinikanth headed to Kerala for another spectacular celebration. The actor and his wife were seen attending the wedding of Lulu Group director MA Salim’s daughter in Kerala.

Yusuff Ali, the millionaire chairman and managing director of the Lulu Group and Salim’s cousin, attended the wedding as well. Ali oversees the Lulu Group, which operates 256 hypermarkets and malls in the Gulf and India. Forbes estimates his personal net worth at more than $8.9 billion.

MA Naurin, Salim’s daughter, married Manjalamkuzhi Abdullah at the Hyatt Regency Convention Centre in Thrissur, according to Mathrubhumi news. Yusuff Ali was seen greeting guests at the location, which was decorated with fresh flowers for the spectacular wedding.


The millionaire businessman was caught greeting Rajinikanth at his niece’s wedding. Malayalam actor Joju George was also spotted meeting the celebrity.

Yusuff Ali’s Instagram fan page also featured photos of him singing alongside singers at the event.

Other businesses, politicians, and celebrities attended the wedding. Former President Ram Nath Kovind, former Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, UAE Minister of Finance Abdullah Bin Tauq Al Marri, producer Gokulam Gopalan, businessman Joy Alukkas, and many more attended.

Rajinikanth had previously attended the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai, where he met guests such as Amitabh Bachchan and Jasprit Bumrah. The Ambani wedding took place on July 12 at the Jio World Centre. He was filmed dancing in the baraat alongside other Hindi film industry stars.

The megastar arrived in Chennai on Sunday after attending the Kerala wedding. Speaking to reporters at the airport, Rajinikanth praised Kamal Haasan’s film India 2, which was released on July 12. He also took photographs with supporters before driving away.
