ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif strongly denounced Friday’s terrorist attack on a military convoy in Dera Ismail Khan.
In a statement, the premier asked Allah Almighty to grant dead warriors higher ranks and to provide grieving families the patience they needed to bear this loss with fortitude.
PM Shehbaz stated that the Pakistani army is steadfast in its determination to thoroughly remove the scourge of terrorism. “Our fight against terrorism will persist until it is entirely eliminated from the country,” he said.
A suicide bomber crashed an explosives-laden car into a military convoy traveling from Dera Ismail Khan to Tank, killing two troops and injuring others.
