BUDAPEST –Pakistan and Hungary have decided to collaborate to sustain a positive trajectory in bilateral ties and explore new avenues of collaboration.
This consensus was reached during the sixth round of bilateral political consultations between Pakistan and Hungary, which took place on Monday in Budapest.
Ambassador Shafqat Ali Khan, Additional Foreign Secretary for Europe, led the Pakistan team to the sixth round of bilateral political consultations with Hungary.
Ambassador Lazlo Varadi, Deputy State Secretary, led Hungary’s delegation.
The two sides reviewed all aspects of bilateral relations and addressed regional and global trends.
In Budapest, Ambassador Shafqat Ali Khan also met with Petar Szataray, State Secretary for Security Policy and Energy Security, and Atilla Hidegh, Deputy State Secretary for International Cooperation.
