Know about the confrontation between Israel and Gaza
The Gaza War began on October 7, 2023, when Hamas militants assaulted southern Israel. Hamas terrorists slaughtered civilians, including women and children, in an unprovoked attack. The militants kidnapped hundreds of Israelis and brought them to their stronghold in Gaza.
While efforts for a second or permanent ceasefire continue, Israel has began an offensive in Gaza’s Rafah, ignoring requests from countries throughout the world, including the United States.
