Khushi Kapoor says Janhvi Kapoor asked her to be ‘calm’ ahead of ramp walk debut: Just told me to be myself

Khushi Kapoor walked the ramp for Gaurav Gupta’s collection for the first time on Monday at India Couture Week 2024, accompanied by reported lover Vedang Raina.

Khushi Kapoor follows Janhvi Kapoor’s advise.
Khushi told ANI, “Yes, Janhvi told me to be calm, present, and listen to the music.” She also provided me some simple pointers and simply told me to be myself. Janhvi had already walked the runway for the designer’s Hiranyagarbha collection during India Couture Week last year, establishing a high standard for her younger sister.

Vedang Raina, Khushi’s reputed lover and The Archies co-star, was seen walking alongside her. The duo’s chemistry was palpable as they walked the runway for the magnificent collection, their interactions on stage implying a deeper bond and bringing a romantic touch to the event.

Kushi Kapoor & Vedang Raina Khushi and Vedang previously played Betty Cooper and Reggie Mantle in Zoya Akhtar’s Indian adaption of Archie Comics, which launched on Netflix. Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda, and Dot were among the other stars of the film.

Khushi told PTI on walking the ramp with Vedang, “I feel like when you are comfortable with a person, it makes things less hard and you don’t get nervous as much because you are in the comfort of the other person.” Vedang told them, “I believe we’ve known each other for a while now, and there’s a lot of comfort between us, on set, and in our friendship. We would definitely want to do a film.”
