Kangana Ranaut Calls Bollywood Full Of 'Dumb, Foolish People'
Web Desk: Bollywood actress-turned-BJP politician Kangana Ranaut attacked Bollywood actors on a podcast, calling them “dumb and stupid.”.
“Look, I’m not into Bollywood, okay? I can’t be buddies with Bollywood stars, for sure. People in Bollywood are really arrogant.
“They are stupid and dumb; they are all about protein shakes and that kind of life,” Kangana remarked on the show.
When the host attempted to defend Bollywood by claiming that not all stars are the same, Kangana responded, “Come on, yaar, I have watched enough Bollywood to know that; you don’t tell me.
If they are not shooting, their pattern consists of waking up in the morning, doing some physical training, sleeping in the afternoon, waking up again, going to the gym, sleeping in the night, or watching TV.
They’re like grasshoppers—completely blank. How can you become friends with such people? They have no understanding of what is going on and have no talks, meetings, or drinks while discussing their outfits and accessories.
I’ll be amazed if I meet a nice individual in Bollywood who can talk about anything other than automobiles or impacts.”
Kangana has also stated that she cannot attend Bollywood parties because they traumatise her. “It’s trauma; a Bollywood party for me is like trauma.”
When questioned why she felt this way, she explained that she dislikes the conversations that occur on such occasions.
On the professional front, Kangana is returning to the silver screen with the Indira Gandhi biopic, Emergency.
During the podcast, she discussed one positive and one negative aspect of the past Prime Minister of India.
Kangana stated that Indira Gandhi wanted to make a difference in the world and didn’t take the post out of obligation or avarice.
The actress also stated that the politician “wanted to please the men in her life all of the time,” which ultimately led to her collapse.
