QUETTA – On Monday, Justice Hashim Khan Kakar took oath as Acting Chief Justice of the Balochisan High Court.
Justice Hashim was sworn in following the elevation of Chief Justice of the Balochisan High Court, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
In a ceremony held at Court No.1 of the High Court of Balochistan, Justice BHC Mohammad Ejaz Swati administered the oath to the acting CJ BHC.
The ceremony was attended by High Court of Balochistan judges, the Registrar, and well-known lawyers.
