LAHORE – An anti-corruption court on Tuesday postponed a ruling on the bail application of Parvez Elahi and Muhammad Khan Bhatti in the fake recruitments case.
After the prosecution’s arguments were completed, Judge Arshad Hussain Bhutta reserved the verdict. Counsels for the accused have already presented their case.
Former Chief Minister Elahi and Special Secretary Bhatti had applied for bail in the Punjab Assembly following illegal recruitments.
