ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has given permission for the wife of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry to leave the country.
On Tuesday, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard Hiba Fawad’s appeal for permission to travel overseas.
During the hearing, the assistant attorney general informed the court that Hiba Fawad’s name was not on the no-fly list. As a result, she is able to travel internationally.
As a result, the court granted Hiba Fawad permission to travel outside of the nation and ordered her to submit a report on her safe return.
