LAHORE – On Thursday, an anti-terrorism court deferred hearings on four charges involving Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and the May 9 riots.
ATC Lahore Judge Arshad Javed presided over Khan’s cases.
The court summoned the prosecutor for arguments and ordered the police to present a record of the cases.
Later, the court deferred Khan’s post-arrest bail hearing until September 5.
It should be noted that Khan was named in four court charges related to the May 9 riots, which included setting fire to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) office as well as a container at Kalma Chowk and the National Park Gulberg.
