LAHORE –Azma Bukhari, the Information Minister for Punjab, stated that the administration is taking revolutionary initiatives to improve the lives of the average man, who had hitherto been disregarded.
Speaking to the media, the information minister stated that she intended to submit the Punjab government’s one-month performance report.
She stated that the Punjab government had created a cleanliness plan, which was currently being implemented. She stated that the government planned to develop a recycling plant in the city.
Information Minister Bukhari also spoke about the Chief Minister’s one-month performance, citing initiatives such as Ramadan care packages, a poverty study, and a 90-day waste collection scheme.
She also announced ideas for a recycling facility and an IT city. Criticizing previous government indifference, she vowed changes in all areas, including free Wi-Fi and safety apps.
She stated that former Chief Minister Shehbaz began several people-friendly projects, which were ultimately canceled. She also promised to increase the number of safe cities. She stated that there was a plan to offer motorcycles to students, plantation drives, and much more.
Furthermore, gender equality measures, a farmer package, and the Kisan Card were discussed in the media. The distribution of solar panels to those who consume less electricity was also announced. Overall, the administration intends to improve citizens’ lives through a variety of ambitious programs, she stated.
