LAHORE –On Saturday, an uncommon occurrence occurred when a German tourist was manhandled and robbed near the Lahore airport.
Berg Florine, a 27-year-old German tourist, was camped near the airport. He was cycling when two armed men apprehended and assaulted him.
The thieves also stole his luxury mobile phone, cash, and a camera worth Rs500,000.
Some onlookers took him to a Rangers hospital, where he received medical treatment.
Florine claimed he informed a patrolling Dolphin Squad, but they demanded money.
The North Cantonment Police are investigating into the situation.
Later, the police filed a FIR on the allegation of a foreign tourist.
