According to an ECP announcement, 29 Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) MPAs from Punjab and 58 from KP have been deemed PTI members.

The Supreme Court overruled the Peshawar High Court’s decision to deprive the PTI of reserved seats for non-Muslim and female candidates in assembly.
In a majority 8-5 judgment, the Supreme Court declared that the Election Commission’s handling of reserved seats was ‘unconstitutional’, adding that the PTI would continue to exist as a political party even without an election symbol.
The ruling was written by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah.
