Karachi – Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), paid tribute to Quaid-i-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on the 26th anniversary of Pakistan’s nuclear status.
He emphasized Shaheed Bhutto’s determination to establish Pakistan’s nuclear programme against international pressure.
Bilawal also praised Shaheed Benazir Bhutto for her part in furthering her father’s agenda. He also mentioned her contributions to developing sophisticated missile technology. He praised the scientists and individuals who helped Pakistan become a nuclear power, hailing them as national heroes.

Bilawal emphasized the PPP’s commitment to opposing the global arms race and nuclear expansion while advocating for peaceful cohabitation, discussion, and democracy.
The PPP Chief reaffirmed the party’s commitment to a safe, peaceful, and democratic Pakistan on the 26th Takbeer Day, which commemorates the successful nuclear testing in 1998.
