Munawar Faruqui was hospitalized after becoming unwell. On May 24, a pal of the Bigg Boss 17 winner uploaded a photo of him in his hospital bed. Munawar has not provided any public updates on the matter via his personal social media accounts. Munawar’s friend Nitin Menghani came to Instagram Stories to share a photo of Munawar from the hospital. The Lock Up Season 1 winner was seen lying on the bed with IV drops in his hand. Nitin captioned his image, “Wishing full strength to my brother @munawar.Faruqui, get well soon.”
Munawar published a hospital photo in April 2024, showing him with an IV drip. He captioned it: “Lag gaye nazar (Evil-eye has affected me).” He later thanked his fans while healing and shared another selfie. Munawar was seen smiling in a blue shirt with the remark, “Shukriya itne pyaar messages ke liya (heart emoji) Recovery ho rahi hai, dua karte raho (Thank you for your lovely messages (heart emoji) I am recovering slowly, keep me in your prayers)!”
