Inside Ben Affleck’s new LA house.
Affleck’s new home is in Pacific Palisades, California, and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The real estate has distinguishing characteristics such as separate breakfast and eating areas, a family room, a den, a bathroom room, and a media room, all of which are vital for an actor. The kitchen features a stone island with seating for up to five people and a chef’s stove for all of the diverse cuisines.
Affleck’s new home is light and large, with a mix of high and vaulted ceilings and wood beams that are the focal points. One of the mansion’s most stunning features is the living room, which has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that overlook the lush green lawn. The backyard features a swimming pool and patio furniture on one side. The outdoor patio also features an outdoor fireplace for those ideal barbeque nights. The mansion also has a stable for horses, where they may be groomed and kept in good condition, as well as a guest cottage.
According to a Page Six insider, the new home has a “sense of privacy and seclusion” and is “family-friendly,” yet it can easily be transformed into Affleck’s bachelor pad if necessary.

Affleck and Lopez’s combined Beverley Hills property is presently listed for $68 million. The listing was eventually made public after a source told US Weekly that the couple was eager to sell their home. According to the insider, Ben is particularly eager to finish the house. He was never satisfied there.
The former estate, which had 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, was never a favorite of the Batman star because it was far from his children with ex-wife Jennifer Gartner.
