Ranbir Kapoor wore a grey sleeveless T-shirt, black shorts, and sneakers in the Training With Nam video. The video also showed Ranbir smiling. The video was posted with the caption, “New day, new skill.” “My very first attempt at a muscle up.”
The caption also included hashtags like muscle up, Roman rings, ring muscle up, Ranbir Kapoor, RK, training with Nam, gymnastique, gymnastic, traction, strength, and explosivity.

Ranbir’s Upcoming Films
Ranbir will portray Aziz in Animal Park, the sequel to Animal. The film has yet to be released. He is also preparing for the highly anticipated Nitesh Tiwari film Ramayana. The film also stars Sai Pallavi and Lara Dutta. However, an official announcement about the film is still awaited. Ranbir will play Lord Ram in the film.
In the coming months, Ranbir will also appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War. The film also features Alia and Vicky Kaushal in lead roles.
Alia’s upcoming projects
Alia will appear in Vasan Bala’s Jigra, co-produced by Karan Johar and Alia herself. The film is set to hit theaters on September 27th of this year. She is also set to play the lead in a Spy Universe film, which will begin filming later this year.
