ISLAMABAD –The incumbent administration has proposed a new revision to the NAB ordinance.
Acting President Yusuf Raza Gilani approved a new ordinance in this regard.
The new amendment increased the remand time from 14 to 40 days.
In addition, if a NAB official has a mala fide intention in the case, his sentence has been reduced from five years to two years.
