A Look At Shah Rukh Khan's Everyday Routine: Five Hours Of Sleep, One Meal Per Day
Web Desk: Have you ever wondered about Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s daily life?
Some might call it king-size, while others may find it difficult to understand the lavish lifestyle that SRK leads. Khan’s everyday schedule is very different from ours.
The actor falls asleep at 5 a.m., when most people in India wake up. Furthermore, he only eats one meal per day, which is not part of his fitness regimen but rather his choice.
During a recent interview with The Guardian, SRK disclosed his daily schedule.
The actor stated that he just goes to the gym for half an hour per day and that he falls asleep around five a.m. When Mark Wahlberg wakes up, I go to sleep. If I’m filming, I’ll wake up around nine or ten. But then I’ll return home at 2 a.m., take a bath, and work out before going to bed.
The actor explained that he only eats one meal every day, which has nothing to do with intermittent fasting.
After a four-year absence, Shah Rukh Khan made a triumphant return in 2023, releasing some of his most successful films, Pathaan and Jawan. Khan’s action persona gained him significant accolades from both the crowd and reviewers.
During the same interview, the actor revealed that he aspired to be an action hero early in his career.
“When I first entered the industry, I was an athlete. My life goal was to have a six-pack, a white vest, a lady with my arm around her, blood on my face, and a pistol in my hand. “My dream was to enter a room, say, ‘Who are you?’ and shoot them,” he claimed.
“At 55, I took a break. There was nothing else to do during the pandemic, so I told everyone to study Italian cookery and work out. I was working out. I built a body.
People began to miss me after four years because I had previously been too visible to everyone.” For a time, he was thoughtful. “People asked, ‘Will you do a film?'” ‘Only if it’s an action flick!'”
Khan just received a lifetime achievement award at the 77th Locarno Film Festival.
During a live interaction during the festival, SRK announced that his next project is King. The film, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, would reportedly star Shah Rukh’s daughter, Suhana Khan, as well as Abhishek Bachchan.
