Peshawar – On Friday, the Peshawar High Court (PHC) denied the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s proposal to appoint a judicial panel to investigate the May 9 incidents.
According to sources, the application was rejected because the Registrar’s Office determined that the application was not sent to the right forum.

According to the sources, the application violated the provincial government’s Rules of Business of 1985 and so could not be implemented.
