Shah Rukh Khan suffered a heat stroke in Ahmedabad on May 21 while attending an IPL play for his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders. He was admitted to the hospital and discharged the next day. According to reports, the actor is set to fly to the United States on Tuesday, July 30. According to a source, Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) visited a hospital in Mumbai on Monday, July 29, for eye treatment. The treatment did not proceed as intended. “SRK is now being rushed to the United States to repair the damage.” However, the source did not provide any information about Shah Rukh’s treatment or what went wrong.

Shah Rukh Khan got hospitalised during the IPL.
The actor and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) co-owner was in Ahmedabad to attend a KKR Indian Premier League (IPL) match at Narendra Modi Stadium. KKR advanced to their fourth IPL final with a thumping eight-wicket win over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Qualifier 1, eventually winning the IPL this year. The following day, Shah Rukh was hospitalized to KD Hospital in Ahmedabad due to severe dehydration.

At the moment, Shah Rukh’s longtime co-star and KKR co-owner Juhi Chawla provided an update on his health. Juhi and her husband Jay Mehta, as well as Shah Rukh’s wife, interior designer Gauri Khan, paid visits to him in the hospital in Ahmedabad.

In a May interview with News18, Juhi assured supporters that Shah Rukh was doing well. “Shah Rukh was not feeling well last night, but he is being cared for and felt much better this evening. “God willing, he will soon be up and in the stands this weekend, cheering on the team as we play the finals,” she stated.

Shah Rukh was last seen in Dunki (2023), and he is currently working on Sujoy Ghosh’s film King.
