ISLAMABAD – On Tuesday, the Islamabad district and session courts took a break until 11:30 a.m. to consider six bail applications filed by former Prime Minister Imran Khan and one by his wife Bushra Bibi.
Counsel for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Khalid Yusuf and Sardar Masroof appeared before Additional Session Judge Afzal Majuka, seeking time because senior Advocate Salman Safdar was late.
Advocate Khalid stated that his senior would argue his clients’ pleas.
It should be noted that the court is hearing pre-arrest bail pleas from former Prime Minister as well as Bushra Bibi in one case involving the submission of fake receipts.
