Rajinikanth recently visited the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi. Now he’s flown from Chennai to Dehradun to begin his Himalayan journey.

At Dehradun Airport, Rajinikanth spoke with ANI about his spiritual journey. “Every year, I had a new encounter that inspired me to continue on my spiritual quest. “I believe that even this time, (I) will gain new experiences,” he remarked, explaining how these journeys help him mature.
Rajinikanth also discussed why spirituality is vital. “Spirituality is essential for every human being. Being spiritual entails enjoying serenity and tranquility, as well as fundamentally believing in God.
Rajinikanth recently visited the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi. The BAPS Hindu Mandir’s official social media account posted videos and photographs of Rajinikanth seeking blessings at the temple.
Rajinikanth was granted a golden visa by the UAE Department of Culture and Tourism. The legendary actor thanked the Abu Dhabi government and his buddy, MA Yusuff Ali, chairman and managing director of Lulu Group, for their assistance in obtaining the visa. “I am deeply honoured to receive the prestigious UAE Golden visa from the Abu Dhabi government…,” he stated in one of the viral videos.
On the acting front, Rajinikanth has finished filming his forthcoming film Vettaiyan, directed by TJ Gnanavel. Amitabh Bachchan co-stars in Vettaiyan.
Vettaiyan, Rajinikanth’s 170th film, is set for international release in October of this year. Earlier this month, Rajinikanth and Amitabh were seen filming a few scenes in Mumbai. Amitabh took to Instagram to share a snapshot of himself with Rajinikanth.

When he shared the message, he commented, “I am honoured and privileged to be with the Thala the Great Rajni again .. he hasn’t changed at all .. the same simple humble down to earth friend despite his stratospheric greatness !!!”
The production company previously announced the film’s title teaser on Rajinikanth’s 73rd birthday.
The film’s ensemble cast includes Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Ritika Singh, Manju Warrier, and Dushara Vijayan. Anirudh Ravichander composes the soundtrack for the film. Rajinikanth was observed filming the film in numerous places, including Trivandrum, Tirunelveli, and Tuticorin.
Rajinikanth last appeared in his daughter Aishwarya’s flick Lal Salaam. The Tamil-language sports drama, which explores themes of caste oppression and religious discrimination, received mixed reviews. Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth play the key roles in Lal Salaam, with Rajinikanth making a long cameo appearance as Moideen Bhai.
