Punjab CM congratulates nation on historic Youm-e-Takbeer

LAHORE – According to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Youm-e-Takbeer is a source of pride for both the Pakistani people and the Muslim world.

In a special statement on the historic day of Youm-e-Takbeer, the chief minister emphasised that the nuclear programme represented Pakistan’s strong defense capabilities.

Maryam praised former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for his part in transforming Pakistan into a nuclear power, and she saluted every member of the team that carried out this task to strengthen Pakistan’s defense.

The CM emphasised that the Pakistani people continue to respect Nawaz Sharif’s daring initiatives, particularly his initiative to make Pakistan a nuclear power to boost defence.

She emphasized that “now our mission is to render the country economically invincible.”

Maryam stated that she was proud to be the daughter of someone as wonderful as Nawaz Sharif, who remained steadfast in the face of adversity and criticism.

“Today, it is imperative to reaffirm our commitment to unity, solidarity, hard work, courage and integrity,” Maryam said.
