Gandapur to remove poPESHAWAR (Dunya News/Web Desk) Two to three members of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet are expected to be fired shortly due to poor performance, according to government sources, with Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur having previously warned them.
According to reports, Gandapur would inform Imran Khan, the PTI’s founding chairman, about the crisis caused by these provincial ministers’ failure to make progress.
They stated that any progress made during the meeting between the chief minister and the party founder would result in their removal, but they would be given one final chance before taking harsh action.
If the aforementioned ministers are still unable to improve the situation, they will be removed from the government.
According to insiders, the chief minister demands the best from his team in their respective departments and has a zero-tolerance policy on the matter.
According to insiders, Gandapur and Imran have final control over their replacements. As a result, the chief minister will announce the decision only after speaking with the party’s founding chairman, who is now detained in Rawalpindi’s Central Jail, also known as Adiala jail.
It is worth noting that the sources did not provide the names of those who may be affected by the decision.
