Shubhangi Atre has traveled to the United States to visit her daughter and spend quality time together away from the rush and bustle of Mumbai.
Shubhangi Atre’s job in television shows takes up the majority of her time, but she decided to take a break and spend time with her daughter Ashi, who is studying in the United States. The actor has taken a 12-day journey to spend time with her daughter.
The 43-year-old, well known for her role as Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain, called us from the United States to express her excitement at finally meeting her daughter after a long time apart.
“I feel great. Of course, I missed her, and now that we only meet twice a year, I’m quite pleased to spend meaningful time with her. Because we are visiting Seattle for the first time, we will be lodging in a variety of locations and attending a family reunion. We’ll go to a few places and keep uploading pictures,” says the star, who is living in Seattle with her sister and her 18-year-old daughter, who has joined them from Chicago.

The actor finds the change in pace and weather refreshing, stating, “It was a much needed respite for me, the climate here is really good. The temperature is 7 to 8 degrees Celsius. Mumbai was 43 degrees, but here it is much cooler. There is a rapid and abrupt change in my body, but I’m having pleasure.”
The actor claims that working in a routine becomes tiresome, and that it is vital for everyone to experience this type of shift. As her daughter’s first semester at college comes to an end, the actor decided to meet her.
Atre definitely cannot contain her enthusiasm over meeting her daughter, but she also misses the camera. She continues, “First, climate change, followed by jagah badal jaati hai. Washington state is incredibly gorgeous and scenic. It is well-organized, gorgeous, and clean, and it feels quite good. Spending time with my family makes everything better, and meeting Ashi is the best, yet I love and miss my job at the same time.”
Shubhangi knew she wanted to bring something for her daughter to celebrate the end of her semester, so she packed some chocolates and immediately adds, “I also picked some Baklava for her from Dubai!” The doting mother hopes to bring Ashi back to India for a while, but her plans are currently unknown.
