Several shops gutted in Islamabad plaza fire

ISLAMABAD – On Wednesday, a fire broke out in Islamabad’s plaza, destroying many shops, according to Dunya News.

According to sources, the fire started in a plaza near Golra Morr and expanded to devour multiple establishments. Firefighters and rescue personnel arrived on the scene and extinguished the fire after a frantic effort.

According to rescue sources, there were no casualties in the fire. However, the fire caused major damage to multiple establishments and destroyed treasures worth millions of rupees.

The cause of the fire could not immediately be determined.
