Although Shah Rukh Khan was not feeling well during KKR’s recent IPL 2024 match, he made a special needs fan’s day by hugging and posing for photos with him.

Shah Rukh Khan, an actor and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) co-owner, was in Ahmedabad on Tuesday to attend a KKR Indian Premier League (IPL) match at Narendra Modi Stadium. KKR advanced to their fourth IPL final with an eight-wicket win over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Qualifier 1. A day later, Shah Rukh was hospitalized to Ahmedabad’s KD Hospital for acute dehydration. A video of him and a fan has recently gained popularity. While the actor is in the hospital in Ahmedabad, a video has leaked on social media, which has received positive feedback from his admirers. Shah Rukh met a specially-abled fan shortly after witnessing KKR’s playoff match against SRH.

While the actor appeared exhausted in the video and was accompanied by his manager and security team, he did not disappoint the fan and cooperated with a photo. Shah Rukh stopped to greet the fan and hugged him.

Juhi Chawla, Shah Rukh’s longstanding co-star and KKR co-owner, provided an update on his health after being hospitalised due to heat stroke. On Wednesday, Juhi and her husband Jay Mehta, as well as Shah Rukh’s wife, interior designer Gauri Khan, paid him a visit at the hospital in Ahmedabad.

In an interview with News18, Juhi promised supporters that Shah Rukh is doing much better and will return to support his team in the IPL 2024 finals on Sunday. “Shah Rukh was not feeling well last night, but he is being cared for and felt much better this evening. “God willing, he will soon be up and in the stands this weekend, cheering on the team as we play the finals,” she stated.
