LAHORE – On Wednesday, the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court (LHC) submitted former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry’s motion to extend his protective bail to a division bench.
Fawad arrived before Chief Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan, accompanied by his wife Hiba Fawad.
He claimed that the LHC had granted him protected protection in 36 cases and asked the court to order an extension of bail.
The chief judge submitted his case to a division bench led by judge Alia Neelam.
